Why must I change your username and password? The new username and password will protect your account and provide you with access to the site.
How should I select a new password? Avoid using your name or company name as a password. Anyone who can guess your password will be able to access your account. Passwords are case sensitive, and must contain a minimum of 6 characters, including one letter and one number. Symbols and punctuation are also allowed but not essential
What happens if I forget my password? Requests for password reset can be made on the main log in page.
What happens if I forget my username? You will need to contact the system administrator to have your username restored. Please note, usernames are case sensitive. Make sure you do not have CAPS lock activated.
